At Nava Zahavi we are dedicated to delighting you with your Jewelry Purchase and our services.
We hope that your purchase exceeds your expectations.
However, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return an item at your own
shipping expense within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
To return an item, please email us at: Sales@navazahavi.com and include your order number, item number, your name and address.
A customer service representative will respond to your email and will assist you with placing an exchanged item order.
All returns must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging and in excellent condition to insure full credit.
We recommend that you ship the item insured, as we cannot offer exchanges for packages that become lost en route.
For security reasons, please do not write “Jewelry” on the outside of the package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you all is well, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Any item you have special ordered is not returnable.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
