Shipping policy

We ship from Israel.

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Nava Zahavi is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@navazahavi.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

Free shipment for orders above $75 with USPS (up to 14- 28 days)

If you would like us to ship with DHL Express shipment – Additional $80 (4-5 days)

If you would like us to ship with EMS shipment – Additional $50 (7-14 days)
